Returns and Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery
date.

Return Conditions

– The product must be intact, unused, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

– We do not accept returns for opened, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive products.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defect
attributable to our service.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at resi@idroromagnola.it and include:

• Your order number

• The product you wish to return

• The reason for the return

We will reply with all the necessary instructions to proceed.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 business days

using the same payment method used for the purchase.
